These are all you need :)
CINNAMON, CONDITIONER, shower cap, and sleep :)
The cinnamon is what really does the lightening, so it can be any conditioner you prefer.
i LOVE this method because not only will it lighten your hair, but it is THE BEST conditioning my hair ever had. To make this all you have to do is mix the cinnamon and the conditioner until you get a very smooth and sticky texture. (itll feel gross, but trust me this stuff works) then apply to your hair :D
WARNING, THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT BURNING TO YOUR SCALP DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH CINNAMON YOU PUT IN.
dont just dump all your cinnamon into the mix. itll irritate your scalp more than necessary. cinnamon naturally gives a small burning, but too much will hurt like hell >.< so just be aware, no pain no gain :)
After a few minutes youll get used to the slight burning, and thats when you place the shower cap on, and SLEEP LIKE SLEEPING BEAUTY. if you dont love sleep you should be ashamed xD jk jk
when you wake up, just wash the mixture out :) not only will you have lighter hair but your hair will smell FRIKKEN AWESOME :3
